Snow!!!!!!!
We had a nice six inch snowfall overnight. This bush by the front deck may be touching the ground some day soon!!!!
I'm glad I got out for my walk yesterday afternoon when the streets were almost dry!!!
This is a quilt for a young lady graduating from high school. It started with a package of 40 ten inch squares. I have never used something like that, but it made the construction VERY easy. I did add some more purple blocks.
The quilting is wavy vertical lines..........just for texture.
I think this top is done. If I don't get it quilted soon, I'll start adding more to it. It is very busy!!!!!
Looks like you'll need to do your daily walk with snowshoes or cross-country skis!

ReplyDeleteI enjoy seeing your quilt work. We've had allot of snow this winter compared to last year, I recall only having two! We're still below what's needed for our water year.
